Turbo Engine
There’s a 1.5-liter VTEC® turbo four-cylinder engine at the heart of the 2025 Acura ADX. This engine is part of the “L-Series” engine family. A similar engine made its debut in the 2023 Acura Integra, making it the first factory-turbocharged Acura Integra ever produced.
Performance Stats
The exact performance specs of the 2025 Acura ADX haven’t been released. However, since it has a nearly-identical engine to the Acura Integra, it’s expected that their specs will be similar. With the 1.5-liter VTEC® turbo four-cylinder engine, the Acura Integra delivers an enticing 200 horsepower and up to 192 lb-ft of torque.
Additional Features
The sporty SUV also features Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control (VTEC®). It also has a double overhead cam (DOHC) cylinder head, direct injection, and dual Variable Timing Control™. It’s equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), as well as paddle shifters.
Enhanced Control
The 2025 Acura ADX comes standard with front-wheel drive. However, if you prefer, you can opt for Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®), which is one of the most advanced all-wheel drive systems available. It can intuitively send a majority of your power to your rear wheels, so you have all the fun of a rear-wheel drive vehicle, while still having the enhanced traction of an all-wheel drive vehicle.
